Garcia Ghezzi Architects, Inc was founded by our current president, Carmen T. Garcia in 2005, along with Mark Ghezzi and Edward M. Ghezzi of Edward M. Ghezzi Architects & Planners, PA, (a fixture in South Florida since its inception, in 1956). Garcia was president and owner of CTG Architects for over 15 years.

For decades, we have provided quality design and construction administrtion services for a variety of commercial and retail projects throughout the Southeast. Our experience in this field has taught our Firm to work closely with the Corporate Construction Division, in order to succeed in accomplishing the goals of the Franchisee. Garcia Ghezzi’s mission is to deliver the project in a cost effective and accurate manner, while protecting the Corporate Brand image.

Carmen Garcia, an architect for over 45 years, founded CTG Architects, Inc., a female-owned ﬁrm in Miami that worked for clients such as Miami Dade County, Miami Aviation Department, Jackson Memorial Hospital and Miami Dade County Public Schools, Currently a member of the Miami Dade County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Mark GhezziVice President, Garcia Ghezzi Architects

Mark Ghezzi has a strong client focus on national chains seeking to build in Florida. For 50+ years, Mark has accomplished numerous projects navigating the complex Florida construction market. Mark is an expert in retail design, permitting process and zoning. Mark has a BS in Education from Kent State and a BA in Architecture from University of Miami.

Mabys Arencibia-MoreySenior Architect :CADD Production and Technical Solutions Coordinator

Ms. Arencibia-Morey has been a valued member of Garcia Ghezzi Architects, Inc. for over ten years. She is the Coordinator of the CADD Production and Technical Solutions department of the firm. Ms. Arencibia-Morey is a graduate of the University of Havana ,with a Bachelors of Architecture.

W. Hunter Saussy, III, P.E.President, Saussy Engineering PC

W. Hunter Saussy III has more than three decades of structural engineering experience and management. He is currently responsible for the design of all projects produced at the ﬁrm. He has won a number of historic preservation awards, most recently in 2015. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern College.

George San Juan, P.E., Lead A.P. President, Delta G Consulting Engineers

George SanJuan a professional engineer with over 33 years experience as an electrical engineer, project manager and principal-in-charge. In 1992, he founded Delta G Consulting Engineers Inc.

Michael Hoo Mechanical Designer, Delta G Consulting Engineers

Michael Hoo has three decades of experience as a mechanical design and project engineer. He has performed Energy and Load calculations and analysis, selected equipment and prepared technical documentation.
